پوهنتون غالب به منظور ارتقای ظرفیت افزایش کیفیت اطلاعات و ایجاد شفافیت در فعالیت های اکادمیک و اداری، از طریق ایجاد آمریت سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات MIS زیر چتر معاونیت ،اداری، از سال ۱۳۹۳ بدین سو گامهای موثری را برداشته است. سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات غالب بر مبنای وب Web-Based) در دو ،لسان دری و انگلیسی انکشاف داده شده است. در داخل پوهنتون با استفاده از Intranet و خارج از پوهنتون با داشتن Internet قابل دسترس بوده و همچنان سیستم دسترسی محصلان از معلومات ذخیره شده سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات پوهنتون غالب استفاده می نماید ه صورت جداگانه انکشاف و به دسترس محصلان قرار داده شده است. سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات غالب بر اساس لوایح قوانین و طرزالعمل های وزارت تحصیلات عالی و پوهنتون غالب انکشاف داده شده که این سیستم توانایی ،ذخیره تحلیل مقداری Quantitative) استخراج معلومات و گزارش های مختلف بر اساس فارمت های وزارت تحصیلات عالی و پوهنتون غالب از بخش های آکادمیک و اداری را دارا می باشد. معلومات ذخیره شده در سیستم به شکل کیفی Qualitative) تحلیل می گردد و بر اساس مسئولیت وظیفه ای سهولت دسترسی کارمندان و استادان به معلومات مهیا گردیده است و برای استفاده منظم رهنمود یادگیری جامع سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات پوهنتون که دارای سیزده فصل می باشد. تهیه و به دسترس قرار داده شده است ،بر ،علاوه قرار فهرست ،ذیل سیستم مدیریت اطلاعات پوهنتون غالب توانایی ذخیره و استخراج معلومات بیشتر را نیز دارا می باشد.

The web-based MIS has been developed in both Dari and English, ensuring accessibility for all users. Within the university, it operates seamlessly over an intranet, while students can access it externally through the internet. The MIS is built in compliance with the laws and procedures established by the Ministry of Higher Education and Ghalib University. It has the capability to store and analyze quantitative data, generating insightful reports based on the formats required by both the Ministry and the university's academic and administrative sectors. The qualitative analysis of stored information facilitates easy access for faculty and staff, streamlining their ability to obtain critical data. Additionally, the university's comprehensive learning guidelines, encapsulated in thirteen chapters, have been meticulously prepared for regular use. The MIS not only supports the storage and retrieval of extensive information but also enhances the overall educational experience by ensuring that all stakeholders can access the data they need promptly.
